摘  要:大庆炼化公司180万t/a二套ARGG车间产品精制系统选用胺法气体脱硫工艺,用胺液吸收液态烃中的H2S和部分CO2,使液态烃得到净化。装置2010~2012年胺液再生塔处理量低,严重影响了装置的安全、平稳运行。通过分析得出,胺液再生塔负荷大,塔板开孔面积小,造成塔板积液,通过对再生塔塔盘进行改造,提高了胺液再生塔处理量,同时也提高了脱硫效果。Amine gas desulfurization process was used in DRCC 1.8 Mt/a ARGG II product refining system. H2S and part of CO2 in the liquid hydrocarbon was absorbed by amine, so that the liquid hydrocarbon was purified. 2010 - 2012, the capacity of amine regeneration tower was low, which kept from the stable and safe running of plant. The reason was that amine regeneration tower was running in large load, and the opening in the plate was too small, so that liquid was blocked in the plate. Through the reform of the plate, the capacity of regeneration tower was increased and the effect of desulfurization was improved.
