摘 要:在超声速风洞中,迎角机构必须回到模型零位后才能关车,否则容易造成模型及天平损坏。为提高系统可靠性,保证风洞试验安全,设计了双HNC100控制器的迎角系统冗余控制结构,着重介绍了硬件电路设计以及软件设计方法和要点,对冗余系统做了可靠性分析,并给出了迎角阶梯控制曲线和发生故障时副HNC100控制紧急回零的曲线。实际应用结果表明:该系统控制准确、快递,能大大提高风洞运行的安全性和可靠性,达到了系统预期设计效果。Attack angle equipment must be back to zero angle of attack of model before the test stopped in supersonic wind tunnel, otherwise, the model and the balance are easy to be damaged. The redundancy control system of attack angle based on double HNC100 controller is designed to improve the system reliability. Then, focus on hardware circuit designing, the software designing method and key points. Carry out reliability analysis for redundancy system. Finally, the controlled curves of attack angle ladder and emergency backing to home position curve of vice-HNC100 controller are given. The practical application result indicates that this system is accurate and fast. Operation safety and reliability of wind tunnel are improved and meet design requirement.
