摘 要:【目的】探讨香莲外洗液诱导白念珠菌阴道分离耐药株恢复对氟康唑的敏感性。【方法】香莲外洗液作用于白念珠菌阴道分离耐药株,采用肉汤微量稀释法测定氟康唑对原代及每代菌株的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值,从而判断白念珠菌阴道分离耐药株恢复对氟康唑敏感所需的代数。【结果】经香莲外洗液作用后,临床耐药菌株A1~A10分别于第8、5、6、7、10、5、7、8、6、7代恢复对氟康唑敏感,而无香莲作用的耐药试验菌株白念珠菌A1~A10则分别在第19、14、15、12、17、12、17、19、14、17代恢复对氟康唑敏感。【结论】香莲外洗液能较快诱导临床耐药白念珠菌恢复对氟康唑的敏感性。Objective To investigate the effect of Xianglian lotion on recovering the sensitivity of vaginal drug- resistant Candida albicans strains to fluconazole. Methods Candida albicans strains isolated from human vagina were co-cultured with Xianglian lotion. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was detected by broth microdilution antifungal susceptibility test for the judgment of the generation of drug-resistant Candida albicans strains having the sensitivity to fluconazole. Results After induced by Xianglian lotion, the drug-resistant Candida albicans strains A1-A10 regained the sensitivity to fluconazole on the 8^th, 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, 10^th, 5th, Th, 8^th, 6^th, 7^th generation respectively. Without the induction of Xianglian lotion, the strains AI-A10 regained the sensitivity to fluconazole on the 19^th, 14^th, 15^th, 12th, 17^th, 12^th, 17^th, 19^th, 14^th, 17^th generation. Conclusion Xianglian lotion can promote the drug-resistant Candida albicans strains isolated from human vagina to regain the sensitivity to fluconazole rapidly.
