摘　　要：【目的】通过对不同产地鸡血藤叶质量进行综合分析,为其资源的开发利用提供依据。【方法】分别采用紫外—可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定样品中总黄酮及没食子酸的含量。【结果】总黄酮含量为8.4～13.2 mg/g,没食子酸含量为1.44～3.28 mg/g。【结论】鸡血藤叶中没食子酸含量普遍较高,总黄酮含量差异较大。Objective To analyze the quality of leaves and to provide the evidence for development and of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. from different habitats, utilization of its medicinal material resource. Methods The contents of total flavonoids and gallic acid in leaves of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. samples were detected by the ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）, respectively. Results The contents of total flavonoids were in the range of 8.4-13.2 mg/g, and the contents of gallic acid were in the range of 1.44- 3.28 mg/g. Conclusion The leaves of Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. from different habitats all have high gallic acid content, while the contents of total flavonoids in the leaves vary in different habitats.
