摘 要:在高速滚动轴承中保持架的动态性能对轴承的整体性能有着重要的影响,保持架的质心运动是动态性能的具体表现之一。针对高速圆柱滚子轴承,建立了动态分析模型,通过模型进行数值仿真,分析保持架的质心运动,研究了轴承转速、载荷、游隙等对保持架质心运动轨迹的影响。研究结果表明:转速对保持架的运动状态具有决定性作用,转速超过一定值时,保持架的质心产生涡动,速度越高涡动稳定性越好;径向载荷大,保持架涡动时质心轨迹紊乱而不规则,保持架的运动稳定性差;游隙越小,涡动越严重但涡动稳定性好。研究结果可对高速圆柱滚子轴承保持架的动态性能分析提供一定的技术支持及理论依据。The dynamics performance of a cage have important role on the overall performance of a high-speed cylindrical roller bearing. The cage mass center motion is one of the dynamics performance. Aiming at the high-speed cylindrical roller bearing, the dynamics analysis model was built and the simulation was performed. The cage mass center motion was analyzed and the effects of the speed, load, and clearance on the cage mass center orbit were investigated. The results show that the speed is decisive of the state of the cage mass center motion, the cage whirls when the speed increases a top value, and the higher the speed, the better the stability of the cage whirl. A disorder cage mass center orbit and bad stability of cage whirl occur when the radial load. increases. The smaller the clearance, the stronger the whirl but the better the stability of the cage. The results may provide a technological support and theoretical basis for the dynamics performance analysis of cages in high-speed cylindrical roller bearings.
