摘 要:航空发动机气路中任何零部件受损而引起的性能恶化,必然导致相关参数的变化。引入了故障因子的概念,介绍了故障因子诊断方法在航空发动机上的应用,阐述了航空发动机故障诊断过程中测量参数与性能参数选取的依据和方法,利用故障因子建立了某型涡喷发动机稳态工作状态下的故障模型和诊断模型,探讨了4个测量参数诊断气路部件故障的方法。算例结果表明:故障因子诊断方法是航空发动机进行故障诊断的1种最基本且十分有效、快捷的诊断手段。The performance deterioration of any components damaged in aeroengine gas path must lead to change of some parameters. The concept of fault factor was introduced andthe application of fault factor diagnosis method on aereoengine was explaned. The selecting basis and method of measurement parameters and property parameters were elaborated in aeroengine fault diagnosis. The fault and diagnostic model of a turbojet engine in steady working state were built based on fault factor. The gas path component fault diagnosis methods of four measurement parameters were discussed. The example result show that the fault factor diagnosis method is a basic, effective and fast fault diagnosis method for aeroengine.
