摘　　要：从山西林业跨越式发展、农村小康社会建设、产业结构调整、推进林业产业化、缓解木材供需矛盾、农业增产增收等几方面分析了通道绿化发展杨树速生丰产林的必要性。从市场需求、浆纸材需求量、人造板材需求量、工程建设的可行性几方面分析了通道绿化发展杨树速生丰产林的可行性。The necessity of development of fast-growing and high-yield poplar forest in passageway greening was analyzed from the great-leap-forward development of forestry in Shanxi, the building of well-off society in rural areas, the adjustment of industrial structure in industrialization of forestry, the contradiction between timber supply and demand and increase of agricultural production. The feasibility of development of fast-growing and high-yield poplar forest in passageway greening was analyzed from market demand, demand of pulp and paper material, demand of artificial plate and project construction.
