桃金娘繁殖与栽培技术初探

摘　　要：桃金娘在广东省广州地区6—7月的扦插成活率不超过5%;光对其种子萌发有一定的促进作用;常温下水浸泡处理的种子发芽率达到35%,100℃热水和200 mg/L NAA溶液处理不利于种子发芽,金属离子处理对种子发芽有明显促进作用,其种子发芽率比对照高25～35个百分点;桃金娘总体发芽率较低,约为30%～40%。Breeding and cultivating technique of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa were studied in this paper. The re- sults showed that cutting survival rate did not exceed 5 % in Guangzhou from June to July. Light has positive effect on seed germination; Under the normal temperature the seed soaking germination rate was 35%, Hot water （ 100 ~ ） and NAA were unfavorable for seed germination, while metal ion treatment made seed germination rate 25%--35% higher than the control. R. tomentosa exhibited lower ~erminatlnn rnto with 4c Qfl^----..Af^C~_
