摘　　要：文中提出了一种基于邮戳的图像质量评价方法,该方法通过对邮戳的设置,在原始图像未知的情况下,仍然可以对制导图像的质量进行较为准确的评价,提高了图像质量评价的准确性和实用性。仿真实验表明该方法能较好的反映人的主观感受,解决了传统图像质量评价方法对原始图像的苛刻要求问题,这使得在无法获知敌方区域准确图像的情况下,也可以在一定程度上提高攻击的有效性。A method of image quality evaluation was proposed based on indicia.Through indicia setting,by the method the guidance image quality can also be evaluated without original image.It improves accuracy and practicality of image quality evaluation.Simulation experiment shows the way can reflect human being＇s subjective feeling preferably,and it solves a traditional image quality evaluation problem that we can evaluate the guidance image quality without original image.It can enhance the availability of the attack when we don＇t know the accurate image of the enemy area.
