摘　　要：以苏州市为例,采用层次分析法对可用的几类收集方式进行比较,并根据各方案得分指数,确定苏州市不宜采用的收集方案。同时对层次分析法的应用性进行分析,认为层次分析的结果受准则层制定和打分人群主观认识的巨大影响,可能使结果发生偏差,因此该方法宜作为收集方式选择的辅助工具。Taking Suzhou city as an example, Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP） was used to compare the available types of collection modes. The collection plan was determined according to the scores of different projects. Through analyzing the application of AHP, it is founded that AHP resuhs were affected by criterion setting and understanding of people involved in the marking process, which may make the results deviation. So this method should be used as an assistant tool in selecting waste collection mode.
