摘 要:针对某难选低品位铜硫矿次生铜矿物含量高、黄铁矿可浮性好的性质特征,采用铜硫混合浮选-混合精矿再磨-铜硫分离的工艺流程,实现了铜硫的有效分离和有价矿物的高效回收。闭路试验获得选矿指标为:铜精矿中含铜15.67%,铜回收率83.15%。The experiment flowsheet of mixing flotation of copper and sulfur--regrinding mixed concentration-flotation separation of copper and sulfur was adopted to deal with a refractory low grade copper sulfide ore with high secondary copper sulfide content, by which main valuable mineral was efficiently recovered and the copper and sulfur minerals were separated effectively. Closed--circuit test was carried out and obtained copper concentrate with copper grade of 15.67% and recovery of 83.15%.
