摘　　要：在经济社会的快速发展中,企业为主体的市场力量在农村社区治理中日益发挥着重要作用。本文通过对山东北高家庄、珠海井岸镇、广东云浮区三个具有代表性的"企业推动型"农村社区治理实践模式的研究发现,社区治理组织体制表现为"交叉型"、"互挂型"、"党组织整合型"三种类型;社区治理机制呈现出"村企管理一体化"、"协作式治理"、"支助型治理"三种不同的模式。"企业推动型"农村社区治理又具有一定的共性,企业与社区具有共生共融关系,党组织发挥着重要的纽带与桥梁作用,政府在外部起推动与衔接作用。不过,在实践运行中",企业推动型"农村社区治理模式具有一定的封闭性与排外性,社区合作治理动力不足,社区治理功能有限,难以适应现代社会转型发展的要求。在"经社分开、政经分离、产权改革"基础上构建开放性社区治理组织体系,"社企分开"基础上培育公共合作意识,政府引导下形成"政府、企业、社区"合作治理机制,是转型期优化"企业推动型"农村社区治理模式,提升企业在农村社区治理中的价值及作用的关键所在。in the rapid economic and social development,enterprises as the main body of the market forces play an increasingly important role in the rural community governance.Based on the study of three representative 'enterprises to promote the ' rural community governance practice pattern about mountains northeast Gao Jia Zhuang、Zhuhai jingan town、Guangdong Yunfu district,it discoveries;community governance organization system is 'crossing','mutual hanging type','party organization integration type'three types;governance mechanism presents 'Village enterprise management integration','collaborative governance','support governance' in three different modes.'Enterprises to promote rural community governance'and has certain similarities,enterprises and the community has a symbiotic relationship,Party organizations play an important role of bridge and link,the government to promote and cohesion in the external.However,in practice,'enterprises to promote rural community governance'has certain closed and exclusive,community cooperative governance power is insufficient,community governance function is limited,it is difficult to adapt to the requirements of the modern social transition development.Construction of an open community governance system in'the separation of politics and economics,property right reform,separately',based on the' social enterprises apart',foster public awareness of cooperation,under the guidance of the government formation of 'government,enterprise,community'cooperative governance mechanism,is optimization of 'Enterprises to promote rural community governance'during the period of transition.The key to enhance the enterprise in the rural community governance in the value and function of.
