摘　　要：历史上邵阳地区的政区设立就与军事有着分不开的联系,驻军则是经常性行为,自唐代以来屡见于史籍,军事政区或者带有军事性质的政区在这一地区较为常见,尤以宋代以来的武冈军、明清时期设立的宝庆卫为典型。在长期与军事行为相联系的过程中,邵阳人民形成了独特的邵阳精神,对湖南地区乃至全国的历史又造成了深刻的影响。The establishment of administrative divisions was strongly associated with the military affairs in Shaoyang. Garrison was a regular activity, recorded frequently in history since the Tang dynasty. The military administrative divisions or the divisions with military characteristics were common in this area, especially Wugang army in the Song dynasty, Baoqing Guard in the Ming and Qing dynasty were such kind of typical cases. In the long process of the association with the military actions, Shaoyang people have formed a unique Shaoyang spirit, which has profoundly influenced Hunan and even the national history.
