摘 要:目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年人肱骨近端骨折的疗效。方法2008年3月-2012年3月应用肱骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折39例,年龄60~83岁,平均70-3岁。骨折按Neer分型:2部分骨折10例、3部分骨折21例、4部分骨折8例。结果39例均获随访,随访8~24个月,平均14.6月,均获骨性愈合,平均愈合时间3~5月。肩关节功能按Neer疗效评分系统评定,优28例、良8例,可2例,差1例。结论解剖型锁定钢板是治疗老年肱骨近端骨折较理想的内固定方法之一。Objective To observe the clinical effect of proximal humeral fracture in elder treated with locking plates. Method From March 2008 to March 2012, 39 patients with proximal humeral fracture were all treated with anatomical locking plates. The average age of patients was 70.3 years (range 60-83). According to Neer classification: 2 parts fracture 10 cases, 3 parts fracture 21cases, and 4 parts fracture 8 cases. Result All patients were followed up for 8-24 months (average 14.6 months), all fractures occurred bone union, the average time for fracture healing was 3-5 months. The shoulder joint function was evaluated by Neer functional assessment system: excellent 28 cases, good 8 cases, general 2 cases, poor 1 case. Conclusion Anatomical locking plate in treating proximal humeral fracture in elder is a good method internal fixation of proximal humeral fracture in elder at present.
