摘　　要：目的设计研制一套骨科内固定与外固定系统通用拆装器械,解决在无法获得专用配套手术器械时的内固定材料和外固定系统的拆装难题,并为内固定螺钉滑丝、断裂等情况下的取出提供专用手术工具。方法收集、整理目前骨科常用器械的配套工具规格,采用极限法对本套通用拆装器械规格进行设定并制造。结果此套通用拆装器械箱内包含各类螺丝刀、钻头、环钻、螺钉打滑取出器、骨凿、钢丝剪等工具。结论本课题组设计、制造的骨科内固定与外固定系统通用拆装器械,可作为骨科手术备用工具,在无法获得配套器械时为术者提供帮助,同时配备的环钻、螺钉打滑取出器等也为应对断钉、螺丝滑丝等意外情况提供了手术工具。Objective Develop a set of general assembly and disassembly instruments for orthopedic internal and external fixation system to assemble or disassemble the orthopedic internal and external fixation system when unable to abtain the special supporting surgical instrument, and to provide surgical instruments for removing broken or sliding internal fixation screws. Methods Collect the data of common orthopedic supporting surgical instrument, design and manufacture the general assembly and disassembly instruments that including all specifications. Results The general assembly and disassembly instruments contain various types of screwdrivers, drills, trephines, screw slippage extractors, osteotomes, wire cutters, ect. Conclusions The general assembly and disassembly instruments for orthopedic internal and external fixation system can be used as alternate orthopedic surgical instruments that can be used in operation when unable to abtain the special supporting surgical instrument. The trephines and screw slippage extractors can be used to deal with surgical accidents such as screw broken or sliding.
