践履《为人民服务》的当代思考

摘　　要：毛泽东发表《为人民服务》讲演时我们党尚属在野党,今天我们党执政已经60余年。在经济全球化语境下如何诠释和践履为人民服务,从"在野党"到"执政党"转变应重新审视为人民服务的内涵,解决好目前存在的权力失衡、官员腐败、脱离群众、形式主义、官僚主义等问题,全党必须警醒起来。当下我们要引导干部和民众总结历史经验教训,唯物辩证地分析中国的历史和现实,在制度创新和人格建构的互动中践履为人民服务。Our Party was the opposition party when Mao Zedong published the ＂ Serving the People ＂ speech, but now our Party has more than 60 years as ruling party. How to interpret the background of the economic globalization and the practice to serve the people？ From the ＂opposition party＂ to the ＂ ruling party ＂ , our Party should re - ex- amine the change of the connotation of service for the people, should solve the existing power imbalance, official corruption, divorced from the masses, formalism, bureaucracy. The whole Party must be alerted. We must guide the cadres and the masses to sum up historical experience and lessons, materialistic and dialectical analysis of the history and the reality of China, in the interaction of institutional innovation and the construction of personality in the practice of serving the people.
