摘　　要：科学评价产业转移工业园土地集约利用水平,对于广东省区域土地可持续利用有着重要意义。在分析产业转移工业园概况的基础上,选取18个指标,按照层次分析方法分为4个层次,分别确定各层次指标的权重,测算广东省20个省级产业转移工业园的土地集约利用水平。结果表明各产业转移工业园土地集约利用水平差异大,可分为五个等级。选取金属制品、精细化工、陶瓷建材三个行业的企业调查数据,进行典型行业用地分析和评价,探讨工业结构对工业园土地集约利用水平差异的影响。Having a scientific evaluation on ITIP＇s （Industry Transfer Industrial Park） land intensive use degree is significant to sustainable use of Guangdong＇s district land. Based on studying the overall situation of ITIP, this article selects 18 indexes which were divided into 4 levels by Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） to calculate the land intensive use degree of 20 ITIPs in Guangdong province. The statistic reveals that there are large gaps between each ITIP＇s land intensive uses. And the data of metal product, fine chemical and ceramic building material enterprises were collected to analyze the land use of these typical industries, in order to research how industrial structure influences ITIP＇s land intensive use degree.
