铸型尼龙制备实验的改进

摘　　要：针对高分子材料与工程专业的专业实验之一铸型尼龙制备方法及其装置存在的问题,进行改进并用于实验教学。实践表明:改进后的铸型尼龙制备方法及其装置具有许多优点:实验装置更为简单,操作更加简便,安全性更高,实验效果更加明显。Aiming at one of the prefessional experiment in polymer materials science and engineering, there were some flaw of the ex- periment for monomer casting nylon, we conducted the reform and used it in experiment teaching. The facts showed that the improved ways and the instruments of the experiment had many advantages ： the instruments being more simple, more convenient to manipulate, s＇,ffer and the experiment effect was more obvious.
