摘  要:以质量分数为0.9%的生理盐水为电解质溶液,进行溶液下放电产生低温等离子体的实验研究。通过分析实验过程的放电电压电流特性,研究外加电压幅值、电极间距、及电极相对面积等因素对低温等离子体特性及产生条件的影响。实验发现,外加电压幅值为175V左右时,耗散功率达到最大值;电极间距对等离子体产生基本无影响,这是因为盐水溶液属于强电解质;放电易在相对面积较小的电极产生,且相对面积比值越大越有利于其产生,导致局部场强畸变,更容易击穿蒸汽鞘层形成等离子体。It is significant to do some research on the low temperature plasma characteristics and the plasma-generated situations. Based on the 0.9% NaC1 solution as the electrolyte solution, the experiment studies the low temperature plasma production in the solution. By analysis of the voltage and current behavior of the discharge, various factors which affect the low temperature plasma characteristics were studied, including the amplitude of the applied voltage, electrode spacing and electrode relative area, etc. It is found that, when the applied voltage amplitude is about 175V, the power dissipation gets to its maximum. The electrode spacing seems to have little effect on the plasma. The main reason is that the saline solution belongs to the strong electrolyte. The plasma is more easily generated in the relatively smaller area electrode, compared with the bigger one. As the electric field around the discharge electrode would be stronger, and it will be more easily to breakdown the vapour layer.
