摘 要:目的在体外获取兔骨髓来源的内皮祖细胞。方法 取1 w龄兔的长骨骨髓,通过密度梯度离心结合差速贴壁法分离培养内皮祖细胞。结果 获取较多目的细胞,经鉴定符合内皮祖细胞的形态特征,能够摄取并结合DIL-ac-LDL及FITC-UEA-1。结论 密度梯度离心结合差速贴壁法可以得到较多骨髓来源的内皮祖细胞。Objective To get the endothelial progenitor cells from Rabbit Bone Marrow in Vitro. Methods Long bone marrow of lw rabbit was taken, whose endothelial progenitor cells were separated and cultured by the method of densi- ty gradient centrifugation combined with differential adhesion. Results More objective cells can be obtained, which proved to be in accordance with the morphological characteristics of endothelial progenitor cells, and can absorb and com- bine with DIL - ac - LDL and FITC - UEA - 1. Conclusion More endothelial progenitor cells from bone marrow can be obtained by the method of density gradient centrifugation combined with differential adhesion.
