超声诊断女性盆腔包块的价值及临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析不同性质女性盆腔包块的超声声像图表现及特征,提高诊断及鉴别诊断水平、评估治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析86例盆腔包块患者,对包块的超声检查结果与临床诊断或手术、病理诊断结果对比分析。结果 超声诊断与临床诊断和/或手术病理诊断结果符合或基本符合79例,诊断符合率91.9%。盆腔包块声像图表现在一定程度上反映病变性质,特征性表现具有相对特异性。结论 超声对盆腔包块诊断及评估盆腔包块治疗效果具有重要价值。Objective To analyze the sonographic expressions and features of different female pelvic tumors, improve the level of diagnosis and assess their treatment effect. Methods We retrospectively and comparatively analyzed the sonographie results and clinical diagnosis or surgical pathological results of 86 patients with pelvic tumors. Results The sonographic diagnosis of 79 cases among 86 patients was coincident with the clinical diagnosis or surgical pathological re- suits. The coincidence rate was 91.9%. The expressions of female sonographie pelvic tumors reflected the features of the lesion. The characteristic findings were comparatively different. Conuclsion Sonography is of important value in the diag- nosis of pelvic tumors and assessment of their treatment.
