摘 要:将原归口教研室管理的细胞生物学、免疫学、微生物学和人体寄生虫学几个实验室合并成综合性的生物与病原学实验室,整合资源,积极投身教学改革,加强各学科的融合,开展综合性设计性实验,增加学生动手机会,实验课教学环节进行综合病案讨论,引导社会实践教学,成立学习科研兴趣小组并开展读书报告会。结果提高了学生学习的积极性和主动性,激发学生学习兴趣和创新思维,充分发挥学生的想象力和创造力,促进创新思维的发展,利于教师整体素质的提高和实验技术人员思维方式的转变。Labs of departments such as Cell Biology, Immunology, Microbiology, and Human Parasitology were mer- ged into an integrated Biology and Pathogen Laboratory to assemble resources, actively revise teaching, encourage the further integration of various disciplines, conduct comprehensively designed experiments, increase students" opportunities for hands-on learning, conduct comprehensive case discussions in conjunction with lab courses, encourage social practices, create learning and research interest groups, and encouraging presentation meetings. These steps improved students' en thusiasm and initiative, they stimulated students" interest in learning and creative thought, they capitalized on students" i- magination and creativity, they encouraged creative thought, and they helped to change the thinking of teachers and labo ratory technicians, thus improving their overall quality.
