对济南市“治堵”措施的探讨

摘　　要：在路网结构未能改善而车辆饱有量不断增加的情况下,为营造市区畅通、有序的交通环境,济南近年来采取了多项措施予以缓解交通压力。对济南在"治堵"中采取的主要措施进行分析,同时提出自己的观点。Under the circumstances that the road network structure is not effectively improved and that the numbers of vehicles continue increasing, in order to create a unblocked and orderly traffic environment for downtown area, Jinan province has taken several measures in relieving the traffic pressure. Analysis shall be made on the major measures taken by Jinan province in dealing with ＂traffic congestion＂ and personal opinions shall be given at the same time.
