摘　　要：目的分析2011年广西艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)工作现状,指导VCT工作开展,为制定艾滋病防治对策提供科学依据。方法将2011年广西各VCT门诊上报至国家艾滋病综合防治信息系统的《检测咨询个案登记表》等信息下载,进行统计分析。结果截止2011年底广西VCT门诊建点完成率87.99%、有效运行率89.09%。2011年咨询99 755人次,其中检测96 987人次。求询者以20～39岁青壮年为主,占70.12%;求询者类型以有商业、非商业非固定异性性行为(即多性伴)史者为主,分别占25.62%、23.85%。HIV阳性总检出率7.68%,其中配偶/固定性伴阳性者检出率最高为24.41%、有商业异性性行为史者为9.97%、母亲阳性者为9.59%、有非商业非固定异性性行为史者为7.66%、有男男性行为史者为6.33%。结论 VCT门诊求询者年龄以20～39岁的青壮年为主;求询者类型以有多性伴史者为主,HIV阳性总检出率较高。应加强对咨询员的培训,继续做好VCT门诊工作,发挥VCT门诊优势和作用。Objective To study the current status of HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） of Guangxi, and to provide scientific evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Methods The reported data of 2011 of each VCT clinic in Guangxi from the National AIDS comprehensive information system was downloaded andanalysed. Results By the end of 2011,the effective operation rate of Guangxi VCT clinics was 89.09% and standard rate was 87.99%. The VCT clinicsprovided counseling for 99 755 person time, and of which 96 987 person time received HIV antibody testing. The persons who visited VCT were mainly at the age of 20 to 39, accounting for 70.12% of voluntary counseling persons. Among the voluntary counseling persons the persons who had a history of commercial heterosexual sex behavior and non-fixed heterosexual sex behavior accounted for25.62% and 23.85%; respectively. The total positive rate of HIV screening testing was 7.68%. The positive rate of HIV in the persons whose spouses or partners were HIV ＋ was highest, 24.41%, in thepersons who had commercial sex behavior, 9.97%, in the persons whose mother was HIV＋, 9.59%, in the persons who had non-commercial and non-fixed partner, 7.66%, and in the persons who had man with man sex behavior, 6.33%. Conclusion The outpatients of Guangxi VCT clinics were mainly at the age of 20 to 39; the main type of them was the persons who had sex behavior outside marriage. The different population type had different HIV positive rate; and total HIV positive rate was high in Guangxi. So we should strengthen the training for counselors and the work of VCT, which could better play the role and show the advantages of VCT clinics.
