摘 要:针对某旋转机械试验台静子机架的结构特点运用ANSYS软件建立了有限元模型,对机架进行了模态分析、谐响应分析和瞬态动力学分析.模态分析计算出了机架前100阶模态的固有频率和振型,谐响应分析确定了机架承受随时间按简谐规律变化的载荷时的稳态响应,瞬态动力学分析对转子系统机架发生动静碰摩时机架的振动特征和分布规律进行了分析计算,而且进一步研究了转子质量不平衡与碰摩同时存在时机架的振动特性.The finite element method was presented to analyze the vibration performances of the stator of the rotor system. The finite element model is built by ANSYS in accordance with the structure characteristic of the stator of the rotor system. Modal analysis, harmonic response analysis and transi- ent response analysis have been studied in detail. The first one hundred order natural frequencies and vibration mode in the mode analysis are obtained. The harmonic response history and frequency-ampli- tude curves are obtained in the harmonic response analysis. Transient displacement responses under the rub-impact force are given, and the vibration character and rule are obtained in the transient analy- sis. Furthermore, the vibration performance of the stator is studied in the condition that the mass im- balance of the rotor exists with rub-impact. The conclusions can give basis for the vibration character of the stator and the detection of rub-impact signals for the rotor system.
