摘  要:研究一种焊接与销接混合连接而成的新型脚手架.借鉴了双排扣件式以及门式脚手架的计算方法,运用轴心受压构件屈曲理论对该混接式脚手架的极限承载力进行理论分析.首先建立一个双排六步三跨混接式脚手架有限元模型,通过特征值屈曲分析其4种失稳形式及其极限承载力;然后研究了立杆纵距、步距与连墙件位置等参数对脚手架的极限承载力的影响;最后将结果与同尺寸的扣件式脚手架进行对比,得出该类型脚手架的极限承载力优于扣件式脚手架的结论.This article studies a new type of scaffold which is connected by welding and pin-plug, using calculation methods of tube-and-couple scaffold and door-style scaffold at home and abroad for refer- ence, utilizing buckling theory of axes-pressure components to make theoretical analysis on the ulti- mate bearing capacity of hybridjunction scaffold. Firstly, a double-row six-pitch three-span hybrid- junction scaffold is established, four buckling models and corresponding ultimate bearing capacities are thus obtained through eigenvalue buckling analysis. Then influence factors of ultimate bearing capaci- ty of this scaffold is studied, given different longitudinal spans, pitches and connecting tube with dif- ferent locations. Finally the result is compared with the fastened-style scaffold of same size, and the conclusion is drawn that the ultimate bearing capacity of this type of scaffold is better than fastened style scaffold.
