摘 要:针对某些特定应用领域的薄膜在贴合过程中易形变、易损坏、易偏移、对位精度要求高等问题,提出了一种薄膜双面自动定位模切贴合方法。首先描述了薄膜双面自动定位模切贴合的工艺;然后设计了薄膜双面自动定位模切贴合装置,并阐述了薄膜贴合方法的实现步骤;最后提出了实现该方法所需控制系统的设计思想。通过自动定位模切控制系统对贴敷膜进行全自动定位模切窗口,将贴敷膜对应贴合到基底薄膜的正反两面以制备复合膜。该方法具有工艺过程简单,定位模切贴合的精度高,适用性强,可实现多层复合薄膜的连续化加工等优点。In some specific field on membrane jointing process,there are some problems like deforming and damaged easily, likely to offset, and high accuracy requirement on contraposition. For these, a double - face automatic positioning die cutting membrane joint method was put forward. Firstly, the double - face automatic positioning die cutting membrane joint technology was proposed. Then, the device of achieving this technology was introduced, and the step of membrane joint process was proposed. Finally, the design idea of control system on realizing the method was described. Control system positioned the die and cuts the membrane automatically, then past the apply - membranes to the two sides of basement membrane to manufacture composite membrane. This method has advantages like easy process, high accuracy of die - cutting position, applicable, and having realized continually processing of composite membrane.
