摄涕止鼽汤对实验性变应性鼻炎IL-5、ECP含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨摄涕止鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效机制。方法:在卵清蛋白致敏复制AR大鼠模型的基础上,应用氢化考的松及恐吓大鼠造成肾阳虚AR模型,予以摄涕止鼽汤治疗,观察药物对肾阳虚AR模型动物血清IL-5和嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)表达的影响。结果:治疗各组模型动物血清中IL-5、ECP均降低,且高剂量组与阳性对照组相当。结论:摄涕止鼽汤治疗变应性鼻炎的作用机制,可能是通过调节细胞因子的表达实现的。Objective ：To inspect the therapeutic mechanisms of Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction for the treatment of allergic rhinitiS based on an experimental study. Methods ： On the basis of ovalbumin sensitization in allergic rhinitis rat model, the model of aller- gic rhinitis with kidney-yang deficiency was prepared by injecting hydrocortisone and threatening method was used to inspect the effect on the expressions of serum IL - 5 and ECP of model animal. Results ： It shows that the levels of IL - 5 and ECP were re- duced in every trial group, and they＇re close in the high dosage group and positive control group. Conclusion：It＇s possible that the therapeutic effect of Sheti Zhiqiu Decoction to treat allergic rhinitis is realized by regulating the expression of cytokines.
