基于粗糙集及均匀设计拆方的肾气丸配伍规律研究

摘　　要：目的:用粗糙集的方法评价肾气丸的疗效,探究其中补阴药、补阳药和边缘药的相互作用及地位,进而改进肾气丸的配伍。方法:把大鼠分为正常组、肾阳虚模型组、肾气丸原方组以及肾气丸均匀设计的药方组5组,共8组。分别检测其T4、CORT和T。建立基于粗糙集的决策规则模型,通过决策规则分析补阴药、补阳药和边缘药三者之间的相互作用。结果:肾气丸中补阴药和补阳药之间具有协同作用;同时肾气丸的边缘药对补阴药和补阳药均有促进作用。结论:肾气丸的配伍应注重阴阳并补、阴阳互济,补阴补阳同样重要。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy of Shenqi pill based on rough set, and to explore the interactions and position of the yin-tonifying herbs, the yang-tonifying herbs and the edge herbs, and then to improve the compatibility of Shenqi pill. Methods ： The rats were divided into ： normal group, model group of kidney-yang deficiency, the original prescription group and five prescrip- tion groups by uniform design of Shenqi pill, 8 groups altogether. T4 , CORT and T were detected respectively. The decision rules model based on rough set was set up. The interactions among the yin-tonifying herbs, the yang-tonifying herbs and the edge herbs were analyzed according to the decision rules. Results ： There are synergies between the yin-tonifying herbs and the yang-tonii^cing herbs in Shenqi pill. There are synergies between the edge herbs and the yin-tonifying herbs as well as the edge herbs and the yang-tonifying herbs in Shenqi pill. Conclusion ： The compatibility of Shenqi pill should focus on benefiting both yin and yang, as well as mutual rooting of yin-yang.
