六味地黄丸及其类方治疗原发性干燥综合征并发症体会

摘　　要：原发性干燥综合征是一种以侵犯全身外分泌腺为主的自身免疫病,可造成全身多系统受累,表现出呼吸系统、消化系统、肾脏、皮肤黏膜、血液系统、关节肌肉等多系统损害的并发症。作者运用经典方剂六味地黄丸及其类方,针对原发性干燥综合征的多系统并发症,辨证论治,灵活加减,取得很好的疗效。Primary sjogren syndrome is a kind of autoimmune disease that it infringes systemic exocrine glands and it causes multiple system involvement which performs multiple system damage complications, such as respiratory system, digestive system, kidney,skin and mucous ,hematological system,joint and muscle ,and ect. We have a notable curative effect to treat its complica- tions using the treatment of Liuwei Dihuang Pill and its similar prescriptions concluding the clinical condition.
