摘　　要：甲状腺功减退性心脏病的发生发展是动态的演变过程,肾阳亏虚是甲减性心脏病的病机基础;心、脾阳亏虚是甲减性心脏病的重要病机;瘀饮互结贯穿于甲减性心脏病始终。The development of hypothyroidism heart disease is a dynamic evolution. Yang deficiency of heart and spleen is one of the important pathogenesis. Blood stasis and retention of fluid in the body are important pathogenesis in the disease.
