加味清心汤治疗太阴人更年期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗太阴人更年期综合征的理想方法。方法:将38例更年期综合征患者随机分为治疗组20例和对照组18例。治疗组以清心调肝之法进行治疗;对照组以更年康片进行治疗。28天为1个疗程,观察临床疗效,并进行比较。结果:治疗组对更年期综合征有较好疗效,总有效率为90.0%,优于对照组(72.2%),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味清心汤治疗太阴人更年期综合征疗效显著。Objective l To investigate the ideal method for treatment of lunar menopause. Methods ：38 cases of menopausal syn- drome patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 20 cases and a control group with 18 cases. Treatment group was treated with method of clearing heart and regulating liver, the control group was treated with Gengniankang tablets. Clinical effica- cy was observed and compared with 28 days for a course. Results：The treatment group had better effect on the menopause syn- drome with total effective rate of 90.0% , which was better than the control group（72.2% ） , there were significant differences in comparison of the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Jiawei Qingxin Decoction has significant effect for treatment of lunar meno- pause
