摘  要:目的:建立酸枣仁汤及其各单味药指纹图谱,探讨酸枣仁汤复方水煎液与各单味药化学成分的异同。方法:水煎煮法制备酸枣仁汤及其各单味药供试液,HPLC法建立其指纹图谱,对各色谱峰的归属进行分析,比对酸枣仁汤复方水煎液与各单味药指纹图谱中药物化学成分的异同。结果:在酸枣仁汤复方水煎液指纹图谱中共检出23个成分,其中22个为药源性成分,1个为煎煮后的化合产物。结论:酸枣仁汤复方水煎液与各单味药指纹图谱中药物化学成分存在显著差异,复方经水煎煮后有新的化合产物生成。Objective : To set up fingerprints of Suanzaoren Decoction and the single Chinese herb, and to explore the similari- ties and differences of the chemical composition of Suanzaoren compound decoction and the single Chinese herb. Methods : Tasting the medicine liquid of Suanzaoren Decoction and the single Chinese herb by water decocting, the fingerprints were established by HPLC, analyzing the ownership of the chromatographic peak, comparing the similarities and differences of the chemical composi- tion of the fingerprint spectrum. Results :23 compositions were detected in fingerprint of Suanzaoren Decoction, twenty - two were posing for composition, one was the product after decocting. Conclusion:There was significant difference in chemical composition of Suanzaoren compound decoction and the single Chinese herb, the new product generated in Suanzaoren compound water solution.
