摘　　要：颜德馨教授善用黄连温胆汤治疗临床杂病,文章介绍颜德馨教授运用黄连温胆汤治疗失眠、痴呆、心律失常和脑出血后遗症等4个验案,予以分析,示用药特点,总结临证准确选用黄连温胆汤的辨证要点。Professor YAN Dexin is an expert in using Huanglian Wendan decoction to treat different diseases. This paper in- troduces 4 cases about professor YAN＇s performance of Huanglian Wendan decoction,insomnia, dementia, cardiac arrhythmia and the sequelae of cerebral hemorrfiage respectively. We will analyse the concrete process of treatment and demonstrate the character- istic of the drug use, in order to summarize the differentiation guidelines of choosing Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating dis- eases.
