当归补血汤不同配比组方抗动脉血管内皮细胞凋亡作用

摘　　要：目的:研究当归补血汤不同配比组方的抗动脉血管内皮细胞凋亡的作用。方法:不同配比的当归补血汤及黄芪、当归提取液作用于血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的大鼠动脉内皮细胞(RAOEC)凋亡模型,观察作用前后RAOEC凋亡率的变化。结果:不同配比的当归补血汤作用于Ang II诱导的RAOEC凋亡细胞后,凋亡率均有不同程度下降,其中3∶1组、5∶1组和黄芪单方组分别为(6.25±2.05)%、(8.69±0.69)%和(7.13±1.53)%,与模型组(14.45±1.87)%相比,差异有统计学意义(均为P<0.05)。结论:当归补血汤不同配比组方均具有抗动脉血管内皮细胞凋亡的作用,但以黄芪当归5∶1和3∶1配比较为显著。Objective ： To research anti apoptosis of different proportions of Danggui Buxue Decoction composing prescriptions for rat arterial endothelial cells（ RAOECs ）. Methods ： Incubate extracts of different proportion of Danggui Buxue Decoction com- posing prescriptions with Angiotensin 11 - induced apoptotic RAOECs, apoptosis rates were detected. Results ： All the apoptosis rates of different proportion groups were lower than those of control group, and those of proportion groups of 3 ： 1,5 ： 1 and single Astragalus were significantly lower than those of control group （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）, which were （ 6. 25 ＋ 2. 05 ） % , （ 8.69 ＋ O. 69 ） % （7. 13 ＋ 1. 53 ） % and （ 14.45 ＋ 1.87 ） % respectively. Conclusion ： All different proportions of Danggui Buxue Decoction compos- ing prescriptions can anti apoptosis of RAOECs,but the proportions of 5：1 and 3：1 seem much better.
