摘 要:微网系统在离网运行过程中,存在因故障而发生系统失电重启的情况,为了提高对负荷的供电可靠性,用户要求微网系统在离网运行状态下应具有黑启动功能,因此微网黑启动问题得到了广泛的关注。本文首先通过对传统电网向上恢复(并行恢复)和向下恢复(串行恢复)两种网架恢复策略的比较,指出了两种黑启动方案存在的问题和不足。本文从微网系统和微源两个角度同时考虑,提出了一种可以兼顾调度指令和关键设备响应的微网系统黑启动控制方案。该方案不但具有串行恢复策略控制简单、可靠的优点,而且加快了系统的启动速度及动态响应能力,并保证黑启动微源在启动过程中兼备电压源输出特性和下垂特性。该方法通过了Simulink仿真验证,并在北京交通大学微网系统实验平台上得到了实验验证,实验结果表明本文提出的黑启动方案控制方法简单,动态性能良好,并具有良好的实际产品应用前景。When the microgrid is working in islanding mode, some faults may lead to the whole microgrid system breaking down. In order to improve the power supply reliability, a black start processor in microgrid islanding mode is unavoidable, so microgrid black start control method gets widely attention. Base on the comparison of conventional power system top-down and bottom-up restorations, this paper points out the problems and insufficiency of these two restoration method. Base on the control of microgrid system controller and microsource, this paper provides a microgrid black start scheme with considerations on not only operation instruction but also response of key equipments: this scheme has the benefits of simple control, reliable operation and fast response, ensures the black start microsource with the voltage source and droop characteristics. Detail simulation results in Simulink, and experimental results on a microgrid platform in Beijing Jiaotong University are shown in this paper, to verify its simple control, fast performance and well perspective for application.
