高新区“扎堆”式产业空间布局的转型路径研究

摘　　要："扎堆"式产业空间布局在我国高新区中普遍存在,这一原始的产业布局模式并不能带来由于地理接近而产生的任何益处,高新区产业空间结构的转型已迫在眉睫。对此,在已有研究基础上,根据高新区产业结构的演化机理,结合我国高新区的发展现状,提出了"扎堆——产业集聚——产业集群——创新集群"的转型路径,详细阐述各转型阶段的特点,深入分析各转型过程的外部条件,并最终提出推动这一转型过程的政策建议。＂Cluster＂ type industry spatial layout is common in High-tech Zone. This original industry layout cannot get any advantages from close geography. Transformation of industry spatial layout in High-tech Zone is getting more desperate now. Based on existing research and evolution of industry layout in High-tech Zone, this paper puts forward the transformation route ＂Cluster--Industrial agglomeration -- Industrial cluster-- Innovative cluster＂ combining current situation of China＇ s High-tech Zone. It elaborates features conditions on transformation process. In conculsion, it makes in each transformation stage and analyzes deeply the external policy suggestions on promoting the transformation process
