摘　　要：介绍长洲水利枢纽三线四线船闸工程施工导流方案。该工程布置在岸边高地,利用已建枢纽的泄水闸及发电机组泄水,利用已有的岸边堤防作为围堰,尽最大可能地节省围堰工程量、减少征地面积;同时,尽可能扩大施工工作面,方便施工机械进出,从而加快施工进度,为工程的顺利实施打下坚实的基础。The paper makes an introduction to the construction diversion schemes for the third and the fourth ship locks of Changzhou hydro-complex. The project locates on the upland of bank slope, whose land use and cofferdam quantities can be reduced as much as possible by using the existing discharge gate and generating units and by using the existing bank protection as cofferdam. Besides, the working surface is enlarged, which lays a solid foundation for speeding up the construction progress due to coett^eient transportation of construction machinery.
