摘 要:以桐壳为原料,采用以氯化锌为活化剂的化学活化法制备桐壳活性炭,研究了活化温度、活化时间、物料比(氯化锌/桐壳质量比)等条件对活性炭吸附性能的影响,通过SA3100型表面积和细孔分析仪、亚甲基蓝和苯酚吸附值等对活性炭进行表征,确定了制备活性炭的优化工艺条件。结果表明:氯化锌/桐壳比为3/1,在400℃下活化1 h时所制备的活性炭对亚甲基蓝和苯酚吸附吸附值分别为373和450 mg/g;对染料废水吸附符合拟二级动力学模型。The activated carbon was prepared from tung nut shell by the activation of zinc chloride. The effects of different parameters such as activating temperature, activating time and ZnCl2/tung nut shell ratio were investigated. The tung nut shell based activated carbons were measured on a Beckman coulter SA3100 surface area and pore size analyses, and characterized by determination of adsorption value of methylene blue and phenol in their aqueous. The results showed that, the activated carbon, prepared at ZnCl2/tung nut shell ratio of 3/1, pyrolysis temperature of 400 ℃ and retention time of 1 h had the highest capacity for methylene blue and phenol adsorption of 373 and 450 mg/g. The adsorptions of dyes ontoactivated carbon followed pserdo-second-order kinetics model.
