摘　　要：目的评价控烟干预对医务人员吸烟行为的影响效果,探讨提高医务人员控烟能力的方法,推进医院无烟环境建设。方法以参加无烟城市盖茨中国控烟项目的青岛市5家医院的医务人员为研究对象,经过1年的环境、政策、健康教育等控烟干预手段,评价医务人员吸烟行为和控烟能力干预效果。结果经过1年的干预,医务人员总体吸烟率下降,吸烟量降低;对吸烟和二手烟的认知有了改变;支持无烟政策,在诊疗过程中为就诊者提供烟草危害知识和戒烟服务能力提高。结论针对医务人员控烟的行为是积极可行的,对医务人员进行控烟健康教育措施效果显著,但在戒烟技巧、戒烟政策常态化方面应进一步提高和改善。Objective To evaluate the effect of tobacco control intervention on smoking behavior of medical staff, to discuss how to improve the smoking control among medical staff, and to boost the development of a smoke-free hospital. Methods Medical staff of five hospitals in Qingdao participated in Chinese smoking control project were selected as the re- search object. After the tobacco control intervention measures, which included environmental, policy, health education as- pects were undertaken for one year, the smoking behavior, smoking control ability of medical staff and the intervention effect were evaluated. Results Through one year intervention, both the total rate and quantity of smoking were decreased. The cognition of medical staff to the dangerousness of smoking and passive smoking was markably enhanced. Furthermore, more medical staff began to support the smokeless policy, and they offer the tobacco hazard he knowledge and tabacco control service to the patient during the treatment process. Conclusions The tobacco control intervention for the medical staff is effective and feasible. The effect of health education and other measures of tobacco control intervention towards medical per- sonnel are prominent. However, the techniques of smoking cessation should be improved and the long-time policy of tobac-co control intervention should be implemented.
