摘　　要：目的将二次开发技术研制的地理信息系统(geographical information system,GIS)用于登革热个案调查资料管理,提高对调查表中地理信息的应用,为登革热的防控工作提供技术支持。方法利用南方医科大学公共卫生与热带医学院流行病教研室研制的"基于GIS技术的流行病学现场调查分析系统"对广州越秀区2006-2007年46例登革热个案调查信息进行管理。结果 "基于GIS技术的流行病学现场调查分析系统"具有地理信息处理功能和流行病学调查数据管理,能够完成对登革热个案调查资料的管理工作。结论应用具有GIS功能的信息系统可以有效提高对登革热个案调查表信息的管理水平,促进对登革热疫情防控工作的有效开展。Objective To apply the geographical information system （GIS） developed by the secondary develop-ment technique in managing the information of dengue fever cases ,in order to increase the ability to use geographic informa-tion and give support for dealing with the outbreak of dengue fever. Methods The ＂Epidemiological Investigation And A-nalysis System Based on GIS technology＂ developed by department of epidemiology of school of public health and tropical medicine of southern medical university was used to manage the information of 46 dengue fever cases of Yuexiu District be-tween 2006 and 2007. Results The system applied in the study had the functions included manage location-based infor- mation and epidemiologic data, display and output the result. It could help us to make full use of the epidemiological inves-tigation information of dengue fever cases. Conclusions Applying the information system which can analyze geographic in-formation can effectively improve the abihty of managing information and preventing the dengue fever.
