摘  要:对大学生进行创业教育对提高我国就业率和经济增长方式有着非常重要的意义,其中体验式培训是经实践证明有效提高创业教育成功率的一种方式,本文基于大学生创业教育现状着手,将体验式培训应用于大学生创业教育中,并采用对比实验,采用问卷调查和统计学分析的实验方法,对体验式培训在大学生创业教育中的教学效果进行成效分析。实验结果表明,体验式培训在大学生创业教育中效果良好。本文还根据实验结果提出了合理化建议,意在提高大学生创业教育的教学质量。Launching the entrepreneurship education for college students has an important significance for enhancing our country's employment and economic growth mode,in which the experiential training is a kind of way to effectively improve the success rate of entrepreneurship education proved by practice,based on the students' business education present situation,the paper applies the experiential training into students' entrepreneurship education,and takes the contrast experiment, questionnaire and statistics analysis method to carry out the effect analysis on the teaching efficiency of the experiential training in university student's entrepreneurship education.The experimental results show that experiential training has a good effect in college students' entrepreneurial education.The paper also presented rationalization proposals according to the experimental results aiming at improving the teaching quality of university students' entrepreneurship education.
