摘  要:调查了2型糖尿病患者跟骨定量超声骨密度的情况.采用美国Hologic Sahara跟骨超声骨密度仪,对2010年10月~2012年5月于我院内分泌科门诊就诊的629例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行跟骨超声骨密度定量检查.结果表明男、女Ⅱ型糖尿病患者跟骨骨超声速率在30~40岁年龄组均达到峰值,达峰值后开始下降,女性患者50岁以后下降速度较明显.629例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,糖尿病合并骨质疏松共66人,骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)发生率为10.5%,糖尿病合并骨密度减低共291人,骨密度减低(Low bone mass LBM)的发生率为46.3%,女性相比男性骨质疏松发病率高.早期进行糖尿病患者骨密度的检测对于预防糖尿病合并骨质疏松具有重要的意义.This paper investigated the calcaneus bone mineral density (BMD) using quantita- tive ultrasound in type II diabetic patients. The BMD were measured in right calcaneum by ultrasound scan (Hologic Sahara American). 629 T2DM patients of ambulatory in endocri- nology department of our hospital from October 2010 to May 2012 were included in this stud- y. The peak value of SOS was presented in 30 -40 years both in female and male T2DM pa- tients, after reaching the peak values, the calcaneal SOS begin to decline, it was obviously in female patients after 50 years old. Of 629 T2DM patients, 66 had osteoporosis, the inci- dene of osteoporosis being 10.5%, 291 had osteopenia, the incidene of osteopenia being 46.3 %, the female patients had higher incidence of osteoporosis than male patients. In order to prevent the incidence of osteoporosis, it is important to detect the bone mineral density early.
