摘  要:超空泡技术可以使水下高速航行体获得90%减阻量,航行体的表面大部分被气体包围,但航行体会不时地撞击流体表面,破坏空泡形状.为了实时监测空泡压力,设计了以XC164CS为核心的空泡压力实时监测系统.该系统的特点是控制部分采用高性能16位单片机XC164CS;全密封压力传感器检测空泡压力;用户实时监测界面显示采集结果;设置操作隔离电路;电源和采集系统冗余配置;多通道数据采集;采样频率大于5 kHz.硬件部分包括压力采集、信号调理、A/D转换,外接Flash存储,串口通讯.软件部分采用LABVIEW设计用户实时监测界面,实现了数据处理.实时调试结果表明空泡压力实时监测系统具有界面友好、隔离控制、操作方便、可靠性高等优点,功能和指标都达到了设计要求.Supercavitation technology makes underwater high-speed sailing body having 90% friction reduction. The surface of vehicle is surrounded by gas mostly, while the vehicle would hit the fluid' s surface frequently, damaging the supercavitation shape. In order to mo- nitor the pressure in supercavitation immediately, this paper designed the real-time monito- ring system with XC164CS as its core. The characteristic was that the control part adopts the high-performance 16-bit single chip XC164CS. A totally-sealing pressure sensor has been used to test the pressure. The results displayed on the user real-time monitoring interface. The system also had the characteristic of an operating isolating circuit, a redundant configu- ration of powder and acquisition system, the multi-channel data acquisition, more than 5 kHz sampling frequency. The hardware consists of the pressure acquisition, the signal modula- ting, the A/D converting, Flash memory storage, serial communication circuits. As to the software, the user real-time monitoring interface was designed by LABVIEW. The system re- alized the data processing. The result of real-time debugging showed that the system had ad- vantages of having fine interface, isolating control, manipulating conveniently and high relia- bility. The functions and indexes achieved the design requirements.
