摘 要:目的:寻找一种诊断茎突过长综合征有效方法。材料与方法:采用螺旋CT表面三维重建SSD和任意斜面MPR技术对茎突进行测量,测得茎突的长度和偏斜角。结果:12例疑茎突过长症的患者,经MPR测得3例双侧茎突过长,9例为单侧茎突过长,经SSD测得10例并有偏斜角异常,1例双侧茎突变细、中部连续性中断,12例患者均通过螺旋CT三维重建SSD和任意斜面MPR得到确诊。结论:螺旋CT的MPR图像测量茎突长度很容易,而SSD图像测量茎突偏斜角度比较方便,两者互相结合,对茎突过长综合征的诊断有重要作用,是传统X线技术及常规CT冠状位图像无法比拟的,在有条件的医院值得推广使用。Purpose: To find an effective method against diagnosis of styloid process syndrome. Materials and Methods: Using Spiral CT surface reconstruction SSD and random incline MPR technique to get the length and deflection an- gle of the styloid process. Results: 12 cases of patients of suspected elongated styloid process syndrome, measured by the MPR, three of them are of bilateral elongated styloid process, the rest nine are of unilateral styloid process measured by the SSD of 11 cases and abnormal deflection angle. The result was confirmed by the spiral CT SSD and random slant MPR. Conclusion: Using Spiral CT MPR images to measure the length of styloid process is very easy, while the SSD image to measure the styloid deflection angle is more convenient. The two methods could be combined to play an important role in the diagnosis of the styloid process syndrome, which is incomparable to the traditional X-ray technology and conventional CT coronal images , also is worthy of promoting among the conditional hospital.
