摘　　要：目的探讨年龄因素对ICU机械通气患者记忆程度和舒适度的影响作用。方法选取ICU机械通气患者106例，按年龄分为青年组（〈30岁）32例、中年组（30—60岁）40例、老年组（〉60岁）54例，采用自制问卷和疼痛量表对其进行回顾性调查，分析年龄对机械通气记忆程度和舒适状况的影响。结果老年组对不适表达高于青中年组，对吸痰与体位受限引起的不适反应强烈；青年组疼痛评分最高，为（4．25±0．96）分，老年组评分最低，为（2．26±1．20）分，3组比较差异有统计学意义（F=4．727，P=0．040）；青年组对机械通气及气道吸引记忆得分均最高，分别为（3．02±0．82），（3．24±0．52）分，但与中年组的（2．75±0．96），（3．27±0．95）分及老年组的（2．52±0．58），（3．04±0．80）分比较，差异均无统计学意义（F分别为0．391，0．136；P〉0．05）。结论年龄越大，患者对机械通气和气道吸引的不适越少。Objective To discuss the effect of age on the memory and comfort of ICU patients under mechanical ventilation. Methods Totals of 106 ICU patients under mechanical ventilation were chosen anddivided into the youth group whose age was less than 30 （ n = 32）, middle age group whose age was between 30 and 60 （n = 40 ） , and the older group whose age was more than 60 （n = 54 ）. Self-designed questionnaire and pain scale were used to conduct a retrospective study and analyze the effect of age on their memory and comfort. Results The older group had higher discomfort expression than the two younger groups, especially about suctioning and limited position. The youth group had the highest pain score （4.25 ± 0.96） while the older group had the lowest （2.26 ± 1.20 ） , and the difference between 3 groups was statistically significant （ F = 4. 727, P =0.040）. The youth group had the highest scores for mechanical ventilation and suetioning memory [ respectively （ 3.02 ± 0. 82） and （ 3.24 ± 0.52） ], but there was no statistically significant difference between the youth group and other two groups （ F = 0. 391, 0. 136 ; respectively ; P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The older, the less discomfort caused by mechanical ventilation and suction for the patients.
