TST治疗重度内痔的围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：为总结选择性痔上黏膜切除术（TST）治疗重度内痔的围手术期护理经验，对2011年9月至2012年8月我科行TST治疗的32例重度内痔患者的围手术期护理措施进行回顾分析。结果显示，32例患者均平稳度过围手术期。结果表明，加强TST治疗重度内痔的围手术期护理，尤其是术前心理护理及术后出血、尿潴留、疼痛等并发症的护理，在增强患者手术信心、减轻痛苦、减少并发症的发生等方面有重要的作用。This study was to summarize perioperative nursing experience in the treatment of severe internal hemorrhoids with TST（tissue-selecting therapy）. The perioperative nursing measures performed on 32 pa- tients with severe internal hemorrhoids who received TST in author＇s department from sept. 2011 yr. to Aug. 2012 yr. were retrospectively analyzed. As results, all 32 patients pulled through perioperation smoothly. Results show that strengthening perioperative nursing in the treatment of severe internal hemor- rhoids with TST, specially on preoperative psycholocial nursing, and postoperative nursing for bleeding, uroschesis and pain, ere complication can play important roles making patients to increase confidence for operation,to relieve pain and reduce complication etc.
