摘  要:目的探讨缺氧对大鼠脑生长相关蛋白(GAP-43)表达的影响。方法将成年雄性SD大鼠20只随机均分为对照组和缺氧组。缺氧组大鼠在自制缺氧舱内每天缺氧8 h,连续缺氧1周。利用免疫组化法检测大鼠大脑皮层和海马神经元GAP-43的表达。结果与对照组比较,缺氧组大鼠大脑皮层和海马神经元GAP-43阳性表达增多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缺氧后大鼠大脑皮层和海马神经元GAP-43表达增高,可能与缺氧性脑损伤后的修复有关。Objective To investigate the effect of hypoxia on the expression of growth associated protein(GAP-43) in rat brain.Methods 20 adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and averagely divided into two groups:control group and hypoxia group.Hypoxia-handled rats were exposed to intermittent hypoxia in self-designed cabin for 8 h per day,and the duration of continuous hypoxia was 1 week.The GAP-43 expression of cerebral cortex and hippocampus was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results Compared with the control group,the GAP-43 expression of cerebral cortex and hippocampus in the hypoxia group was increased with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion There is the high GAP-43 expression in cerebral cortex and hippocampus after hypoxia,which maybe associated with the compensatory repair after hypoxic brain injury
