曲美他嗪对冠心病PCI术后心绞痛患者高敏C-反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后心绞痛的疗效及对高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选择96例冠心病行PCI术后心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组(48例)给予阿司匹林、硝酸酯类、钙离子拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、低分子肝素等,治疗组(48例)在此基础上联用曲美他嗪。疗程为4周,分别在治疗前及治疗后7、30 d检测hs-CRP;在用药前后检测血、尿常规,血糖,肝、肾功能,出、凝血时间及心肌酶等。观察心绞痛症状改善情况、心血管不良事件、药物不良反应及hs-CRP水平。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后hs-CRP水平较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论联用曲美他嗪更能改善患者PCI术后心绞痛的临床症状,降低hs-CRP,该联合用药方案安全、可靠,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of trimetazidine on angina and high sensitive C reactive protein（hs-CRP） after percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） in coronary atherosclerosis heart disease.Methods 96 cases of angina pectoris after PCI due to coronary atherosclerosis heart disease were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group（48 cases） were treated with aspirin,nitrates,calcium antagonists,beta blockers,statins,low molecular weight heparin,etc;while on this base the treatment group（48 cases） was combined with using trimetazidine.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.hs-CRP was detected before treatment and on 7,30 d after treatment.Urine routine,blood glucose,liver and kidney function,blood coagulation time and myocardial enzymes were determined before and after medication.The improvement status of angina symptoms,adverse cardiovascular events,adverse drug reactions and hs-CRP level were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.01）.After treatment,hs-CRP level in the treatment group was decreased more obviously than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.There was no obvious adverse reaction happened in both groups.Conclusion Combination with trimetazidine can improve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris in the patients after PCI,reduce hs-CRP level,which is safe and reliable with less adverse reactions,and deserves to be promoted.
