摘  要:目的探讨苦味酸法肌酐试剂对总胆红素和前清蛋白测定结果的影响。方法收集50份新鲜血清标本,基准组仅测定总胆红素和前清蛋白,试验组则先测定肌酐(苦味酸法),再测定总胆红素和前清蛋白,根据观察结果的不同,判断是否存在交叉污染。结果苦味酸法的肌酐试剂对总胆红素的测定结果有负干扰,对前清蛋白的测定结果有正干扰。结论如果医院检验科正在使用苦味酸法的肌酐试剂,则必须合理排列检测试剂的顺序,加强仪器的清洗或更换为酶法肌酐试剂,以避免苦味酸法试剂产生的交叉污染。Objective To investigate the influence of creatinine reagent in the picric acid method on the detection results of total bilirubin and prealbumin.Methods 50 fresh serum specimens were collected and divided into two groups.Total bilirubin and prealbumin were only detected in the baseline group,while in the experimental group,the creatinine reagent of the picric acid method was firstly detected,then total bilirubin and prealbumin were detected.Whether the cross contamination existing was judged by observing the different detection results.Results The creatinine reagent of the picric acid method had the negative interference on the determination results of total bilirubin and the positive interference on the determination results of prealbumin.Conclusion If the creatinine reagent of the picric acid method is in use,it is necessary to arrange the sequence of detection reagents reasonably and enhance the cleaning of the equipment,or the creatinine reagent of the enzymatic method should be replaced to avoid the cross contamination caused by the creatinine reagent of the picric acid method.
